As an entrepreneur, community facilitator and impact strategist, Matt Lesniak works at the cross sections of the community building, placemaking and shared living sectors. Matt is also a Co-Founder of Coliving Ventures, Coliving Insights and Coliving Awards.
Juan is a Communications Strategist, Project Manager, Systems Engineer, Team Coach and Executive Coach with an ontological/systemic approach. He facilitates connection for individuals, teams, and communities.
Tom is the founder and director of Wellstudio Architecture, a London-based architecture studio that designs for social interaction and wellbeing. He is a fully qualified U.K. Architect member of the ARB and RIBA. Â

Gui is the founder of Art of Co, a former coliving operator himself and currently director of the global coliving association Co-Liv. Author of the book “Art of Coliving”, a method to build scalable, life-enhancing and community-driven coliving spaces.
Gabriel is a sustainability professional with 9 years of experience in social and enviromental impact, notably in the corporate and charity sectors. Gabriel supported The Collective as Impact Manager, co-leading on their impact strategy.
